Fort Defiance

de·fi·ance
1. The act or an example of defying; bold resistance to an opposing force or authority.
2. Intentionally contemptuous behavior or attitude; readiness to contend or resist.

I found this in the dictionary under my name.  I appreciate what seems like this establishment's intractability; you want steak for dinner?  Too bad.  We have pork and chicken.  You want something other than pudding for dessert (anglophiles among us may titter)? Sorry, the options are pudding and pudding.  So, yeah, I want to go to here and eat what they they want to serve me.  I raise my white flag.   http://fortdefiancebrooklyn.com/
